Internationals at the beach
Last summer we organized a multi-day event in ‘Noordwijk aan Zee’ for a large international company in power exchange.
On Thursday, September 22, the 180 guests from Amsterdam, Paris and Leipzig arrived in Noordwijk by bus from Amsterdam. In the lobby of the Hotel van Oranje we had created a seperate check-in desk for all the guests of this company. This way we were able the keep an overview and provide the guest with all the necessary information.
After arrival, the day began with a well-deserved lunch at Beach Club O. While the guest had lunch and were socializing with their co-workers, the preparations for the afternoon program started in the hotels conference rooms. Here the group of 180 guests was divided into two for the creative workshops by Primo Collective. Group 1 began with making mosaics art and group 2 with making a paper collage. After a small break with drinks and snacks the two groups switched places to finish the art pieces. Both art works were related to companies philosophy and were presented later that day.
After the workshops, everyone had some time off to enjoy the surrounding and get ready for dinner. The Crown Room provided appropriate stylistic setting for the fine dining experience. Here the two art pieces were revealed by management. All guests were enthusiastic about the way the art pieces turned out.
After the exclusive dinner the guests were invited to the 'Grand Cafe 't Elfde Gebod’ where our partner ‘DJ Marco Moens’ kicked of the party. Everyone enjoyed the feast with dancing, socializing, snacks and drinks.
After a short, but well-deserved sleep, a nutritious breakfast was served at 10AM. Afterwards, guests were invited for the teambuilding beach activities organized by ‘Be There Events’ at the Beach Club O.
With these beach activities the teambuilding was joyfully concluded, followed by an extensive lunch buffet. Before the guests started their trip back home, we made sure that there was sufficient time for a moment to freshen up.
To conclude this international event was a success in every aspect!
